Motorola Customer Service

you have some real rude customer serv. not only that they can mess up a call, I statured with 1 cell return now I have clam I have 5 cell phones and also I am now told I have a Attorney and I said what no no it the Attorney General office for our state of NHso this supervisor tried to correct it and your Resolutions Dept. wont change well you have just ONE that was sent back by FEDEX 7/23/14

Motorola Service in Texas received my phone for Warranty repair on 5/31/13. Three weeks later, still not repaired or replaced. They keep telling me they will send a replacement(new), but I'm still in the dark with no phone and no info on the RMA page. Sure wish someone at Motorola would help me, but no one there seems to want to back up their product.
