Warranty issue with Thinkpad USB 3.0 Dock
My experiences in dealing with the Lenovo Service organization have been terrible. The representatives have been very polite and and concerning on the service calls but totally incompetent in getting my issues resolved. I have been sent wrong boxes, wrong parts, no parts ordered, etc., etc. They just can't seem to follow through correctly. I would never recommend Lenovo to another person looking for a computer and wanting good service if there is an issue. I have been waiting for nearly 6 weeks to get the replacement parts to be able to use with my new computer. The Dock failed within a week or so and I still haven't a replacement since the beginning of May 2013 and it is June 12th. Terrible service!
