I call 75 minutes ago and left my phone number for a return call (so I didn't have to hold) and nobody has called me back yet even tho you told me the wait time was 15 minutes...Terrible

On hold for over an hour with customer service

Phone was not working to cash customer out was on hold over 2 hour before costumer service person finally took call In the mean time my customer is waiting pissed off waiting for group on I am canceling having them sell deals for me

NEVER AGAIN

They advertise that Cirque Italia with beautiful pictures and features however when we arrived at the show the set up was in the worst part of town and felt extremely unsafe. The size of the venue was beyond small and it was like going to a carnival. Worst experience and not to mention this was a date with my SON!! Will NEVER use group on again, ever and the fact that they do not research the businesses speaks volumes as to their ethics.

groupon down hill

I have to contact groupon at least 3 or 4 times before they get back to me. I used to be a huge fan of the site but no more... Most of the business that are on there are not doing well, and that is the reason they put it up and get ripped off by the groupon organization. There is no free lunch saying goes with this. I recommend other sites with better customer service... bought a dental x ray and cleaning than walked out with a 10k estimate, brought this to my real dentist and we had a good laugh at it!

Refused return when product not delivered

I purchased a massage. The masseuse was so busy that the appointment I made was months out. When i got in my car to go to the massage, I received a call from the merchant saying he had the wrong time in his phone calendar. Instead of rescheduling right then, he told he wold call back. Well, he never called back and now will not return my calls to redeem my coupon. After explaining my now lack of trust for this individual and that I am not comfortable unclothing for him, or gifting this and having a friend unclothe themselves, Groupon just restates their policy over and over. No remorse, no sympathy, no refund. Their alleged Groupon Promise is a lie. They have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word of my experience.

Android Tablet and other dissappointing orders

The worst service in my life. I ordered a tablet waited 5 weeks...called after them all the time and got answers that were run arounds...never answering the question when will I get my order. Days before christmas, the order is unavailable. Spoke to 3 different people, one I ma convinced didnt even speak english...want my money back, not credits...I had credits from 3 other orders that i never received...what is the point of credits when you cant even use them, when you do you dont get your order, then they cancel and refund you credits again...lol...lol...what a scam and joke. People run fast there are other deals out there, don't use groupon.

Pure Disappointment

Not at all impressed with Groupon. I ordered a lamp on July 22nd, payment was taken IMMEDIATELY with an 8-10 week delivery. By end of September, still no lamp, no explanation from Groupon, no return message except an auto-response email saying the matter would be looked into. i had to call back 3 more times for any action to be taken. Finally spoke with a rep who advised that they would contact the company to see when delivery would take place. Never heard back from customer service, had to call back AGAIN several times until I finally got a response that there was nothing that could be done and a refund would be issued. I asked to speak with a supervisor, that I wanted to lodge a formal complaint and was advised that there was NO supervisor and NO WAY to lodge a complaint. I am now waiting for my refund of over $135 which has been in the hands of Groupon since July 22nd. What kind of shady operations are there at Groupon?? Terrible customer service - will I be refunded the interest on my money that's been sitting with groupon since July 22nd???? I seriously doubt it ...yet another scam company...
