Poor business practices
I have been waiting 3 months for a refund of my money. I cancelled my policy in August due to purchasing a home and getting better prices on a blanket insurance policy for home and cars. Geico does not have an underwriter in my area. The young lady that I dealt with on the phone was very polite and helpful. HOWEVER, since then I have been unable to get any resolution regarding my money. I have been handed off now to 3 people the last one told me to contact customer service. Who do I need to complain to? If this continues I will report it to the Insurance Commision in my state and run my mouth as long and loud as I can. In the days of no money and no jobs, it is ludicrous that I am unable to get resolution to this problem. I cannot even get them to tell me where the home office for Geico is. Has this job been contracted out to India? Please help.
