Facebook Customer Service

I tried to contact the customer support line from the UK because you suspended my account for no reasons, you did not neither warn me, I need the reasons why you did that? My last activity, which was personal I repeat personal, was via change.org for petition signing. I see that you presented me with an email patcag which is not mine. You cannot dictate my email nor my password. Now I would like to remove my details from facebook and I will look for another social media type forum.

Facebook Ruined my Burning Man!

I never had a problem with adds until the NEW page started. Now there are unwanted adds in my news feed and all over my page. I don't want them there. Some are offensive to my beliefs and that of my friends. Take it off. I should have some right to my content and your adds are not wanted, enjoyed and are annoying. I will leave facebook if you don't stop them!!!! I do have rights to what is posted inside my timeline page. You are wrong for infringing on my privacy. You have hacked my account for the sake of advertisement money. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE.

july/10/13 I would like to get the money u took off my aypal for payments which I never asked for,i was on with ur surport teck last nite for 3 hours trying to find out why and theres nothing there for u to do this. they gave me a plone no which a run around and I well be putting in a disput in to u .no wonder u guys make millions of dollars stealing money how many more have this been done too?

I do not appreciate being bombarded with suggestive advertising. For the past few days, my facebook page has been showing up to 4 pop-ups that suggest that I can have phone sex with young girls. These messages will not go away. There are a lot of underage kids that utilize facebook as a way of communicating and I do not want to be associated with these advertisements. I can not believe that FB will allow these to popup like this. These things are usually only found if one is looking for it, not in your face like this. Please make this inappropriate messages stop!

My account was hacked along with the email address it was associated with. I have been to the "Help" center (and I use that term loosely). I am unable to access my facebook page and because the email account I used to set it up was hacked as well, I can't get into it to get any info from facebook. I have tried using the "help" center and sent numerous emails to facebook trying to get some kind of assistance. It is obvious that facebook does not give a mouse turd about their users. It wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that most people know me by my nickname and I can't set up a new facebook page using that nickname because one already exists. Of course it does it's MINE, I just can't get into it. Perfect example of corporate America. We are rich and you are not and we see no reason to bother ourselves with offering and assistance to anyone else. Facebook blows.

Face Book is not a great siteThe customer service is ver poor.When you try to call to get help with a face book issue all you get is an automated voice system no live represenative,They seem to be out to lunch some where and cant seem to answer phone.Now people want to talk to live people not automated recordings whc tel you press this and press that and take you in circles.They give you the run around and u play phone tag.On top of it all the experience of facebook stinks poor poor service.EVery time you do something on here face book blocks you for doing something,Facebook is a joke its awful every single time i get blocked for some stupdi thing.This is ridiculous,There are many other sites better than facebook wouldnt waste me time or day with these people.Maybe of yo hire live reps and handle the company better more people would come to facebook bt no wonder why the compamy been sued many times.ITs a joke

Hi, I set this account up on Saturday 3/2/13. I was supposed to get a confirmation email but it never came. I can not access this account until I confirm the account through the email. I have tried to just log in but I get an error message that says that my email address has been registered but since I have not confirmed my account I can not get access. Can u resent the email to my email account, please.

2 times this week my account has been hacked by sumeone posing as facebook security. this problem needs to be resolved asap. i would hate to deactivate my account and lose everything.

add an option that when my friend(whom i will select) came to online send me a message that he/she was online plzzzzzzzz............. add this option i should receive a message to my phone/email that he/she was online

If you are going to use my home page for your advertising, I should get a percentage of the profits.

Please loose all the flashing advertising on Home Page and News feed. My friends do not need to see Ads flashing behind my name on my Profile page.

Junk emails constantly coming - it is your problem fix it!!!

I need help! I have been a moderate user of facebook for several years. Recently my FB pages will not load. I have searched the site for several days trying to find a way to get help but to no avail. The Help Center does not address my problem. Here are a few lines from four pages of error details I got by clicking on the yellow triangular error icon at the bottom left of my page.
