I am a senior having a real problem with using this massager can you give me a step by step. With pictures would be great how to do. And try to make it easy My family is in MA and I want to keep in touch with my grandchildren an daughter

I tried calling the customer service number I'm pressing the buttons nothing happens I tried editing my number in my account it will not change this is a waste of my time

Tried to get back my account ,you advised open up a new one .you say I already have one so please put me back on.I cannot get a text for a code on my phone .you will not email me .you have my information on file ,been using you for years .giving upare

My account has been disabled and trying to get it back. After power outge it said i had to create another account so i did but i used the same password now they disabled both of my accounts please help me get back into it. Just activate both red and pink flowers thank you

Noone is at the customer service to answer my call. I can't log on my account & I want to reset it/to open it. I have followed all instructions & now I am at the, Enter Your Security Code. Since I don't know what's my Security Code I can't continue. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I deactivated my account and tried to re activate it . I now have two accounts and have tried all the suggestions to fix this.I am not able to merge thses into one account.I have asked for help from Facebook.They don't have any real tech support apparently? I really wish I could get to all my friends and Aps.please help me facebook I'm just trying to follow the rules and have one single place my friends, photos, and fun are housed. Facebook does not have any customer service to correct issues. Problems are being left uncorrected. This has frustrated me beyond words, other than the bad ones!

I cannot play most of my games on facebook. the games screen freezes on me and I can't send no request or play the game. It's frozen

Dear sir... Because of your security measures, I cannot log on- I donot have a mobile phone, just a landline. I cannot recieve texts and I am not spending lots of money on devices just because you say I need it to log on. I lived for years without FaceBook and if you cannot fix this screwup, I will go back to living without FaceBook for years again. Thank You

i cant get into my facebook account because i forgot my password and i dont have a mobile phone, i have a land line phone cant you change my password to snowry123 so i can use my facebook account again

Facebook is a good way to contact family me members far away,but there's a lot of young children on it and sometimes leads to bad situations.

Crap company

I am Trying to figure out what the heck is going on. Since OCT 1st 2013 I have only requested 3 people to be added to my Friends list and They all accepted. I wake up one morning and you have me blocked from sending messages and request. and I receive a Email from some random person that I don't even know saying I sent him a Request this happens quite often to me and I don't know who keeps getting me blocked but I am not sending out request to unknown people. I feel as though this is Harassment. Please Respond to this I am a disabled Vet that is home bound and Facebook is a Source of Enjoyment to me and I am not contacting folks I do Not know. So somebody has to be doing this to me on Purpose. Thank You a Facebook Customer.

i have not beable to get on facebook since yesterday,they send me codes,that are taken,i dont what have happen,but i have said anything out of line on facebook,is it because i am a Muslim,and people listen to what i have to say,it other people i know who having this same problems,and they are Muslim as well,i know people are being watch on facebook,people ask me for a request to be my friend,and most of the people i know personal,i asking to retore my password so i can continue to talk to friend in other states,i am a servant of Almighty God,i am not trying to convert any one,that what God does.
