Kirkwood higway, wilm. De. Service terrible, slow and miserable
My wife and I went to your Kirkwood highway ihop wilm. De., took our grandson, walked in and got seated right away, then we waited almost 10 minutes before I asked to be helped! Within that 10 minutes we saw 3 other tables get waited on! Finally a waitress came over and asked if we had been waited on!! The food was good but your service is 1 star out of 10, doubt if we will go back, especially when perkins is right down the street, this was the 3rd time we have been to this ihop and service has been terrible everytime, you really need to train your employees and express to them to smile...
For the second time, I had poor service and bad food at the Greensburg,pa restaurant. The coffee was cold (both carafes) and my melt was undercooked which it made it very soggy.
I have went to other IHOP restaurants without any problems. The food and service was good.
My husband and I went to IHOP in Denham Springs around 5pm on 1/4/2014, there was an older man at the register counting money. My husband and I both said "hello", and he looked at us with no type of acknowledgement, and looked back down in the drawer. We stood there for a few minutes, the man never spoke to us. We left IHOP and went to Chilies and had a wonderful meal with excellent service!!
I gott cold food and wait in the food for a hour and two and did not get over food very bad
I had to wait an hour to get my order put in
i had the worst experience ever at the clarksville,tn location on wilma rudolph blvd. there was a cpl behind me with a child about 10 yrs old,he kept spitting on me,so i asked that he stop, this turned into an arguement with his parents,i was made to move by the manager with no help,i was balancing my food ,wallet, drink etc.she tried to say it was the ac vent but i was being sprayed from behind so i know it was the child.im pretty sure they got their meal free which was prob their goal to begin with.
If ihop is 24/7 then customers service needs to be 24/7 ...the one in Atlanta on cobb is nasty the gave me a bloody steak then was mad because I told them the steak wasn't well done .if u want to get sick go get at ihop. Just nasty
When I contacted the Philadelphia IHOP at 1320 Walnut St to find out information about bringing a large group there weekly for meetings the man who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. When I attempted to contact the IHOP customer service (at 9:45am on a weekday) the voicemail said the offices were closed and to please call back during normal business hours which are M-F starting at 8am. Poorly run business with zero customer service that I can see.
