Amazon should know

I contacted UPS but they didn't seem to care. The packages I received from Amazon, with all my new items reek of secondhand smoke when they arrive. According to UPS, they allow their drivers to smoke in the trucks. Most good companies would prohibit this. Who wants to pay money for items from Amazon only to get them inside my home reeking of secondhand smoke, a health hazard? Maybe Amazon c an do something about it.

Refuse to Refund My Money

I returned a Kindle ereader that I purchase from Amazon in March 2013 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called them several time and asked when will I receive my refund. However, it is now May 2013. I cannot understand why they will not return my money. I hope and pray that someone see this and will give me some advice on how to get my money back from Amazon.

Amazon is delivering book with poor printing quality

I recently purchased a hardcover book from Amazon. For my surprise the delivered item was an "Eastern Economic Edition" with very poor printing quality, softcover, and grayscale images. The costumer service conditionated the resolution of my issue to the back sending of the wrong item, which would cost me enough to buy the item again in other place. Very disappointing.

Pathetic Management

i purchased sunglasses from amazon and they only sent me an empty sunglass case. i called them and explained they sent me an empty sunglass case and they agreed to over night the sunglasses to me, but in the mean time i had to pay for them a second time full price on my credit card 183.00. On initial purchase i used a 65 dollar gift card they were originally 183 dollars so my balance was 118 dollars of MY OWN MONEY ( prada sunglasses). They told me when they receive the empty sunglass case they will refund the initial money 118 dollars. The problem is i only wanted to spend 118 dollars of my own money on Amazon. Now it will be 118 dollars on this purchase and they will put the other 65 dollars back on the gift card. So, because they messed up i will now be forced to spend a total of 187.00 of MY OWN MONEY on amazon when i only wanted to spend 118.00. So their company is getting 65 dollars of MY OWN MONEY because they screwed up. i spoke with customer service which had too of had an 8th grade education, then got upgraded to a manager who was of equal education. At the end when he said sorry but that is how we conduct business I asked him if it were necessary to have a college education for his job and he angrily replied "I'm not going to answer that". so basically you go from one knucklehead to the next. i run an entire city for my company and if i conducted business in this way i would be fired immediately. This is just sad and frankly embarrassing. Let's see if they don’t screw up the refunds to my account and the gift card im not holding my breath.
