OKC Coach Outlet Store
I visited this Coach location and purchased a large bag and a smaller cross strap bag for my granddaughter. They were not individually wrapped and one was stained and stuck to the larger one on the ride home to Texas. The cashier handed them to my granddaughter accross the counter instead of the customary procedure at all stores to come around the counter, thank the customer, and give them their purchase. This location is in need of training. Also the employee gave all children candy except my 8 year old granddaughter(and none of them were customers!)
