Horrible experience
I have been staying in this hotel since aug 1st and it has been a nuisance every other week they are double charging my card, one week I changed my reservation day and they billed me even after I cancelled, I spoke to the manager Marlo about the issue and first she was apologetic, then after this problem continued she blamed me, which I don't know how I could be responsible for there incompetence, I called today to make a reservation, I asked to do u have any rooms available for Thursday they said yes then they asked me my name I told them they put me on hold then all of a sudden there weren't any more rooms this hotel is a bad place to do business at
