After waiting on the phone for approximately 50 minutes, I was overjoyed to get a real person to talk to me. However, after saying "Hi", and my saying "Hi", the connection was lost and I was connected to the survey. How exasperating!!!
All local numbers have been disconnected and I can't get anyone to answer the toll free number. This is a shame. How can you treat people like this?
I was impressed with the very fast and efficient system they have now at SS Office. What a quick visit ...Such a pleasure.
Long periods of wait time/never talked to anyone/asked for call back and was disconnected for techincal difficulties.

Called !-800-772-1213. What a joke. All I wanted was a letter for my 2014 Benefit Award. Got nowhere. Asked for a callback. Got one and transferred to Customer Service with a 45 minute wait and got dropped.
