Female clerk. late 50's worst customer service. no work ethics. poor approach when dealing with customers.. Management.. should be more careful of who? and how they? manage their employees! Value your Customers. Do not neglect them or ignore them. remember. because of the customers that shop in your business is that you have a job.
Be carefull when you allow them to do the charges thru debitcard.Always check your Staement after.First ,I called and they said it will automatically be refunded,Its been 2 weeks so I personally went to the station(friday),manager said she is going to review my recept later that day ,came back later but to no avail,she said she was busy and promised monday. Called late in the afternoon monday she just lamely said she was busy.She is rude with no regards for other persons time.I hope higher management would spot check their employees sometimes on how they treat their customers.

I have stopped at the Arco Station on East St. in Marysville, CA for over 30 years. It is the BEST! They are all cheerful and very helpful, willingly pumping the gas for a 77 yr. old lady with arthritis.
The ARCO at 17502 Goldenwest Huntington Beach has had a tire air pump station that has been "out of service" for the last EIGHT MONTHS (except for a brief 2 week stint). It is very annoying and is driving my business away.
Returning from Califoria, Stoppe dar ARCO in Victorville. No pump credit card sohad to go in.Was charged a Debit fee on $100 est of fuel cost. After pumping $90.35. I figured that the intial charge of $100.35. I would receive $10 in change. This was not the case, $9.65 was the change handed to me. So, I was charged two debit fees. Tried to reason with attendeant aeven call on asupervisor with no luck. !) Thought no fees as advertised; 2) two FEES for one transaction.
This is not right!
