I purchased a set of tires today at the Oxford Alabama store and was treated very rudely. When I got to the counter, the associate was sitting in the corner playing on his cell phone. When I finally got his attention, his response was, "what you want?" I left my vehicle and when I returned it was the exact same scene. As if I was interrupting him.
The associate working in the deli was extremely rude to customer and was not concerned about a compliant being filed against him.
The automated response is irritating. After going through the entire thing, I finally think I'm about to talk to a human and it tells me they are not open. They keep sending me the wrong credit card and the automated response can't handle it.
I recently used the tire and battery service at the SAMs. I was extremely unsatisfied. The workers were rude and never even bothered to call and let me know the tires I had ordered and paid for had been delivered. I don't plan on using them in the future.
I was in the Sam's location in Tucker, on Sunday, November 24,2013. I was rudely offensed by cashier , Yolanda, who asked: HOW DID I GET IN HERE when I was checking out. I was immediatley OFFENDED! Though it was an event for plus members( I with my sister who is a plus member), I being a member did not know at the time only plus members could buy. Cashier Yolanda, should have said, I'm sorry this is only for Plus memners only. Truly offended and will not go back to that location. TRULY OFFENDED

The Sam's Club in Linden, NJ is absolutely awful. The service is horrible and the employees are miserable, with the exception of a SELECT FEW employees who actually have a work ethic and seem to care about customer satisfaction. Management changes constantly. As soon as someone competent joins the team, they wind up leaving. As convenient as the location is, and as good as the prices are, the overall repeated bad experiences make this a trip not worth taking. If you shop there and voice aa complaint, they vilify you. I'm cancelling my membership today.
