cashier and manager treat customer like lier, they do not blieve coupon your store send to customer for thank loyalty, just couple of dollar , really bad attitude.

Horrible experience at the home town buffet in Gilroy ,ca on 8-2-14. Place was out of food, dirty and service was horrible. A child threw up and his parents had to clean it themselves due to staff totally ignoring them.. Manager was horrible, staff was horrible and place was disgusting..

Food was great

My family went fo the Oceanside locatiom for dinner last Tuseday. Disspointed with new menue. No Hot Dogs or Hamberger for the kids. No meatloaf, no shrimp no cut up sausage. The chili would be better served in a pot like the soup. Rolls were hard, probably left over from lunch, as was the deserts offered. Won't go back with the menue as it is now.

I have eaten here many times and find their selection of food great. Servers are alwas friendly, but rushed. I think they could use more servers at any given time. I avoid the "kids Eat Free" day on Thursdays because it is so chaotic and cramped. They actually bring more tables in on this night and there is no more than a foot of clearance between each table.

The food is terrible. Burnt pancakes, cold chicken and gravy. I could not find anything good about the food. My wife wanted an omolet but decided she couldnt wait for the cook to end her personal conversation with a co-worker. Although, the waitress were great.
