B-day dinner from hell
I went to the El Torito in Dana Point yesterday for my birthday. In the past I have had good service. Last night was horrible. We were charged for a coke we did not order and flan which was included with my 3 course dinner. My carnitas dinner was mostly fat. Also, my 80 year old mother asked for extra enchilada sauce 3 times and didn’t get it. When we tried to confront the waiter, he just argued with us and did not apologize for any mistakes. I have been going to el torito for years and have never had a worse experience. The manager took about 30 minutes to fix the problem with the bill. It was the worst dining experience i have encountered.
