I'm disabled & get a job at Home Depot. I don't have car. I take the bus. I can't afford a car. They take away my disability rights work at Home Depot. Is unfair!
Placing special orders, configuring kitchens & processing returns is a frustrating & time consuming process at your Greensboro GA store. I purchase over $100K per year and the time I waste because of your system response times, returns being duplicated and your staff having to restart order entry is unacceptable.
I love home depot, When ever I go there I just want to do all kinds of home improvement, However it has been so cold in there that I'm just in and out , (no browsing) The employees are all bundled up also. Please think of your employees, they are there working for your company, and deserve more than 8 hours in an ice box. I hope to return to my browsing around the store.
I noticed that there are so many associates at this store that always seem to be busy helping a customer or on the move. Sometimes it's hard to actually find help because the associates are always doing something.
Due to your credit problem I now have to fight to get my money back. because used my debit card and now someone got my info and charged a lot of things so now I have to try to get my money back .I well never step foot in home depot again.
I have a slight bias towards Home Depot over Lowes because my spouse used to work there but the one on Richards Santa Fe has good employees and bad employees attitudes. Its a crap shoot shopping there and very much depends on who is in a good mood that day! I know there is supposed to be a system of tracking each day as stock gets low or depleted but some employees have no idea how that works. So if you ask them do you have any more of such and such they look blank! I thought they could look at their hand held scanner and find out! I think it comes down to poor training.
Ever time i go to Home Depot i get the best Service that i have got from almost any Store. The staff is always really nice and polite.
Used to shop there a lot! Spent thousands, but no more!! They are terrible!
We have had the refrig about 7 months before it started to have problems. Contacted HD corporate and spoke to Moreen J. ( 77409 ) is her extension at corporate. She was great. Helped me thru the process. LG came out 7 times to try to fix a cooling problem. After each visit from LG she contacted me and I informed her of what they did. Finally LG decided to give us full refund on the frig. She was also in contact with LG. She seemed to care. I have not seen this type of helping from a larger retailer in a very long time. It was nice to have someone listen and help THANKS MJ
Went to your store in Waterbury Ct, Thursday night 8:00 pm 7/10/14 to buy carpet. After waiting 15 min in the carpet dep for help I went to the customer service desk to ask for help. After 2 more trips to the customer desk and 1/2 hr no one ever came to the carpet dep . to complete a sale. We went to Lowes and were taken care of right away total sale $2200.00 I thought you should know about the poor customer service in your Waterbury store.
I am writing to inform you that your recent change in military discount policy is affecting your active and retired military customers. You no longer offer 10% except on "selected" merchandise. I will no longer shop Home Depot when I can go to Lowes and receive my military discount on my entire purchase. I do not know why this was changed but Lowes will continue to reap the benefits of this questionable change.

I am a paraplegic manual wheelchair user. I bought three gallons of paint at the Oxford, Al store. I was not offered ANY assistance at the paint counter or at checkout.
I loaded the paint in a cart - pushed it forward, rolled my wheelchair, pushed the cart, rolled my wheelchair.......all the way to my car.
The worst customer service in the world, I have spent over $10,000 in your Mahwah, NJ store & have received the worst service in the world, I will publish my disappointment on the internet via Facebook & the world net to go viral. A real disgrace to a customer.
We'll I been to HOme Depo a few but I never really got much help. There was a few employees around . They weren't very approachable.
I was at the Lowe's in Kenosha right before they were closing buying paint. Regardless of the time everyone was so helpful and friendly.
Went in to buy a mechanism for a toilet seat hanle. Nobody knew what I was talking about. I found what I needed on my own. Sked if I could take off the bolt to get a better look-absolutely not! Each time I've ever been here, employees seem to lack knowledge.
We ordered replacement windows and French doors signing the contract in late July. The contractor came, measured and stressed to the order person that these measurements must be ordered. A month later, our order arrived ...INCORRECT sizes. A reorder was sent ...this in Sept. October the order came In...wrong again. Finally in late November the windows were FINALLY installed. The one bright light in the whole ordeal was the contractor. DO NOT ORDER WINDOWS/DOORS from Home Depot !!!!
The supplies are very useful and they have everything I need when needed.
Its a good place to shop when really needing to fix something or paint. Love to shop there for some reason feels homely.
