Huddle House Customer Service

Can't get the Huddle House in Nahunta, Ga to answer their phone nor can I get the home office to answer their phone. What a joke? Do you not want to make money? Wish there was a Waffle House around.

The Manager is a joke, no people skills, no education, the cook was stoned, the food is getting so bad I will not go back. If you are in El Dorado, Ks don't waste your money at this location

The food was terrible, when I brought the problem to the waitress she said that's the way it is and went and got the manager, who came and told me I was rude and they always cook that way. I said I had been coming to Huddle house sense they opened in our town and had the same meal cooked right many times before. The Manager told me I was wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about.

Service an food has been bad at this location for 6 months. This visit, we had to go ask for eating utensils. My daughter ordered a to go order but the waitress just left the order on the counter. Her food was cold before she even got home with it. The baked potatoe was hard. Once our food was delivered, we were not asked if we needed anything or given refills without asking for them
