How can this store not have anyone that knows what to do ? OMG! This is so frustrating.

Can't agree more with the other negative reviews. The guy that works at this location is rude ad impatient with his customers. Bad attitude and should not be in any sort of customer service position.

I am reading some of the reviews and could not disagree more with the negative ones. My family went in to see about getting a family plan and the service was our best experience to date with a telephone company. The agent took the time to listen to our habits and patterns and was able to find a solution that was tailored to each user under one bill. He set every thing up including emails and even our online account to view our usage. it truly was a exceptional experience.

I went in this store, looking for a cheap prepaied phone that i saw on the web site. huyweii? for 100.00. i told the sales gentleman i would like that and he told me no. i dont like it and you wont to. he told me the cheapest would be 200.00. i wanted the 100.00 but he said i dont carry it. after he relized my buget he was usless. thak yu sales guy!

Went into the Banff Telus store with my nexus 5 completed dead would not turn on it had the re boot screen. The agent plugged it in and within minutes had it working again. I was impressed by his willingness to help resolve my issue. Didn't make me feel like it was fault but also explained to me what to do if it happened again. Am encouraged to know there are good people willing to help those who don't always know it all.

Went into telus Banff to get an upgrade on my device thinking I had to spend 75 or more to get the iPhone nope! the agent was very informative and asked me enough questions to find out that I can actually get it for 60 a month on a share plan and yup so happy my husband and I both get new iphones and we save a bit more than expected. very happy we have such a great rep in Banff that looks out for us locals unlike telus itself thank you very very much

Went into the Banff store with an ongoing issue for the past 3 months, Bang this guy solved the issue in just under 5 minutes. He was kind and well mannered.

The guy in this store have no manners and don't know how to give good customer service..and even argue with the customer...

The worst customer service I have experienced. When I came in I felt as if I immediately irritated the guy working. He didn't help me with my problem at all and just sent my on my way. Now I am going to another Telus location to see if they can fix what he wasn't willing to do.
