Golden Corral Customer Service

I went to Golden Corral in pompano beach.I was very displeased with the food.The money I spent in the restaurant was not worth it.I will never go back there again

I have always thought golden corral was great but after our experence I need to ask do you train managers to be unconcerned about everything. Our food was nasty dried out most of the food was empty and what was there was not fit to eat, and it was only 7:30. I can see from the other coments you just don't care. We will never eat there again.

We spent over 120.00 there last night the food was not good at all it the stake was burnt on the out side and bleeding on the inside told the manager he had no concern about this he acted like it wasn't that big of a deal

Handicap stall needs toilet seat replaced not held on with a piece of plastic. All 3 urinals had urine/water on floor. No paper towel in dispenser in handicap stall and paper towel dispenser in regular didn't work.

hayes and hall rd. server pam did a really nice job 5 star. although the seating arrangement too tight conflicted with fellow African American patron. did not say anything didn't not want racial stir, dishes appeared unclean

Ate at location Elyria, Ohio a few nights ago. We are regular customers, so we know what to expect. Wing & Ribs night so thats what drew us in on a Mon. night. Place not even full. Plates and bowls and some clean dishes were not available. Dirty plates were being left on empty tables for a very long time. Food was not being replenished at 8P.M. There was no bread available except for rolls. No pizza, mashed potatoes, vegetables were not cooked. no desserts. Ice cream machine was not working. Things were spilled every where and not an attempt to clean anything up. Don't know if people called off or management changed, but they should be glad the health dept. did not show up that night . I hope things will change soon.

Hello, we had a terrible out to eat at Golden corral in coconut creek,fla location store#2617 on June 6th 2013 Thursday.

the entire place was dirty, every food station was nasty, I ask to get steak ..3x I went back cause the steak was greasy and brunt. I complained to manger, he didn't really care said they where short handed. I barely ate my food, either did my Husband and my daughter and her friend. We went there to celebrate kids end of year party for summer.. I paid for $42.73 I would like my money sent back to me, manger didn't want to do anything about it. Oh and Ice cream machine was so dirty and filthy and not working. Place was a hot mess. Please email me back, Ill be waiting to hear from someone at corporate. PS. we eat there a lot, very surprised and the dessert section they lady there was so rude to us. Thank you for your time and please respond

my family and i have enjoyed alot of golden corral resturants . we were always treated great , the servers and the food was great , our favorite place so far is fort smith ark, the chefs ,servers,and resturant and the food was #1 ,, we wish there was a golden corral in russellville ark,, that would be great , thank you golden corral , your the best,,,,,,,

Tried to contact customer service to find a location in the Oregon area. Listened to a lengthy message about W-2 forms. Waiting to see if someone will respond. Also hearing commercials for this restaurant but how to find.

I see the ads on TV all the time, and I want to know when you are going to build a Golden Corral in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul Mn?

We always ate at the Temple location. Why did they close? We miss them terribly! It was always good & always busy!

I have eaten at the golden corral in Norman, Oklahoma several times. The wait staff are the best and very effecient. The entire experience is great and above all company appreciation should be shown for all these hard working people within you company.
