Poor customer service
Recently moved back to Canada and was warned by family and friends of the difference in customer service here in Canada and in the US. This store employs a few individuals that apparently have not been trained on customer service, maybe haven't been trained in it, or just don't care. Bottom line, the few bad hurt the good...and the bottom line numbers for Home Depot. I encourage those that have bad customer service to speak with a manager. Change doesn't happen off of 1 or 2 complaints!
