order and time of delivery

I placed my order for protein powder 2 3lb bottles, my order was taken and I was given the order # I generally spend over 100$ per month. The order placed on 7/10 and I called on 7/15 and was told that something happened and I will now get my order on 7/21! They did say they were sorry for the delay! Why am I so disgusted with this service?,

memberships!

i can not believe that i made a order mistake and ordered a gnc membership card! i didnt want it. and they told me its not refundable! that a lot of crap! so i had to pay again for the correct order! they make the order on line so confusing! i called and they told me there nothing they can do! .well thats not good customer relations.they need to look at the way they do the online member ship and where it is to order stuff!

I visited the GNC store on Johnston street in Lafayette Louisiana on 05/29/2013 @ approx 11:00, and the young lady that helped me was informative and extremely educated on the products she was selling, also to top it all off such a pleasant demeanor. She is a great asset to your company and definitely need recognition for all she does.

Been given the round around!

I check the GNC website almost everyday for the deal of the day sales. Finally I saw a great deal. Print out the coupon and went to the store to purchase my product. The person working there said that they didn't carry that product but he would be able to order it and send it to my house with no shipping fee. I thought this was a awesome deal. Days pass by and still nothing had arrived. I called GNC customer service and a female answered told me that the product I wanted was out of stock. She also said I was getting a refund. I assume since I payed with my credit card I would get it back into my card. Again days pass by and still no money. I called again the customer number and a guy told me that whoever answered the first time didn't verify my address so they could send me a the check. He verified my address and said I would get it in 7 to 10 days. Two weeks pass by and no check! I called customer service and they said that they didn't see any check being send out to me and that he was going to redo it. I'm so frustrated how GNC has dealt with this issue. They have lost a customer for life.

An Unhappy Visit to GNC

I have shopped several years from GNC Crossroads Park Mall, Columbia Blvd, Titusville, Fl. Always, the female clerk there is polite and helpful. Today I met her manager who appeared to me to be most disagreeable. He made a production out of checking my $53 check because any check over $50 has to be verified. I assume she has always done it (company policy) but she did it so efficiently I never even noticed. He also knocked the competitor's brand of vitamins. He told me they were out of samples and anyway were not obligated to give them out. He told me he was going to have a "talk" with the clerk who serviced me last week because I thought she had not in fact verified my check. I found him most disagreeable and completely lacking in customer service appeal. His clerk was always helpful, always smiling and I hope she is promoted soon.

I would like a full refund on my purchase

I am a disabled senior living on a fixed budget and was delighted to find a juicer reasonably priced at your store the price was within my budget and I bought it using my charge card. However when I arrived home I realised I could not disamble the Juicer I returned to the store where it was purchased and was told to return it. I did however I misplaced the receipt but gave them all the information needed to find the information this item was purchased on my charge card imagine my dismay when I was told they were not giving me my full refund I would like to have the rest of my money as I am now out of my money and out of a juicer.
