money order

I will never buy another money order from 711 stores based on i tried to cash the money order they everyone gave me the run around.

my transfer was cancelled without any explanations

My money transfer was cancelled without any reasonable explanations. When I reached out customer service representative she was not able to explain me what went wrong and on the top of it I was told that it will take few days to get my money back!!! It means no transfer and no money! What a disappointment! I'll never use WU any more and I won't recommend anyone to do that!

Non service, what a fiasco

I am afraid there is no point in me contact Customer Support for Australia as they only send me back to Customer Service who are unable to resolve anything

Due to a bank problem (they don’t like Western Union so blocked the very first transaction) it appears now that your system has locked me out and no one is able to do anything about it

I am from Australia and this is the first time I have used Western Union and frankly the service is complete rubbish. At least once I contact the bank they are able to set things right but you’re customer service just say “Oh well that is the system and we can’t do anything about it”

You must agree that is not very satisfactory form my end. I have rung your customer service several times now and they really are totally disempowered as is the Australia Customer Support. As a last resort I am trying to find a head office email and this is the closest I can get

No one can tell me when your system might allow me to do the transaction. I have given you all my personal information and am being treated like a leper.

I intend posting this experience on every Facebook page I can find

I’m not even a dissatisfied customer, I can’t even get to first base in that regard
