Poor service. To many dropped calls. Please dont let a airplane fly over head.. And for reaching customer service. GOOD LUCK!
I wish I could give 1/2 star. One star seemed a bit excessive for the service. I set up autopay. Did so successfully for 12 months then it stopped. After an hour of searching I got hold of INDIA and struggled to understand the operator. Then they charged me $10 to set up auto pay again!
I just love the reviews , shows just how awful boost mobile is. everyone keep up the reviews so this company goes under...just were they put their customers...under.
Boost has the worst service I have ever encountered. I have only had my phone for 2 months and its over....I have had to contact customer service 4 times and get the same speelll ever time. Same thing, different voice..thats it. This is why others have contracts and good phones. I also taped the conversation while on the phone with there service, as they said they were taping as well. However, when I mentioned I was also taping they told me they would hang up immediatelly if I did not stop? NOw do you think I stop??
I switched to Boost mobile from Virgin Mobile, worst mistake I've ever made with cell phone service. Virgin mobile was pretty bad but this service is ever worst. Can not reach a CS Rep if your life depended on it. Well, this is really what I expect from Sprint. I have to find another service carrier besides Sprint. I heard T-mobile has the best pre-paid service. This unbelieveable service

For A while now i have been getting drop calls or i cant call anyone then trying to get customer service is the hardest thing with your company i do. Not understand
Have no negative comments. Got the service for my son and my problems were solved. It worked perfect for him and no surprise charges at the end of the month. Fathe/son issues over cell phone bills ceased. My son has never complained about his cell phone or service although he has lost more cell phones than is humanly possible. The cost of replacing cell phones has been my real challenge. When I go in to pay my bill my customer agent always ask me "here to pay your bill or buy a replacement cell phone."
It's like Boost deliberately set-up their Customer Service call line in order to not have to speak with customers. I can never get through with any questions that I may have. My husband and I are considering switching back to our previous carrier...
Reaching a real person from Boost Mobile customer service was really hard. I did not liked my experience at all.

Boost changed their International Connect Plus service for International calls without any information on November 14, 2012. Removed few plans after charging the full amount for the month from its prepaid customers without any prior information.
Their service overall sucks.. calls drop... they loop you around till you can actually reach a service rep to talk to. You have to listen so much of nonsense (PR crap) trying to reach a rep.
Overall - Very POOR service...
I switched from Boost Mobile.. to t-mobile
They suck. I hate boost mobile. At first the service was fine, but not it sucks. All three of us are moving back to metro now that it's also t-mobile.
There is a monthly shrinkage plan which I keep hearing about and was never offered this amenity. How can I access this GOOD program, I have been on time with my payments for a long time now and would consider shrinkage a wonderful reason for not switching my servicesooner rather than later. I now get clear reception and almost no dropped calls.
i have service with boost now for over 2 years have gone through several phones. they they have all had major issues. you can not contact customer service and talk to a person. i have called the and been on the net for there number all u get is a recording
