Boot heal feel off
I am returning a pair of brown & green chukkas due the the heel on one just falling off I don't think that was how or what they are built and sold to do,, or was it?

The product that I am emailing you about is 10.5 M 50061 1640 These are the numbers in the upper tongue of the boot. The heals on both left and right boot are disintregrating. I only wear them three to four times a year. I ahve had them for three years. They are not suppose to do that right? Can they be replaced?
