The franchise owner of Pandora Waterloo provided the worst customer service I have ever received in a store. While trying to exchange a ring that my daughter received as a gift she accused me of trying to exchange a knock off. Over the past few years I have bought many Pandora items but after this experience I will not return.
We shop frequently at Pandora stores and the staff at this location are always very knowledgable and friendly. They cleaned and polished my bracelet while I shopped !
I recently went to Pandora at Fairview Park Mall and I was so impressed by the service I received. The staff were so knowledgeable and very friendly. Also they had a great selection. I was looking for very particular things and they had everything I wanted! The store was beautiful and I would definitely go back! I had a great shopping experience.

The service was horrible!!!! The worst I have seen in a long time,staff was not interested in helping at all. Went to a competitor and they got a great sale I also got great service.
