Every time I call its real long wait times, spent 68 minutes waiting for a cust service rep this morning finally had to hang up. This is unacceptable the last time hung up after 45 mins and the time before someone answered at the 38 min mark. its obvious that there are not many reps to answer phones or the DD phone apps just don't work.
Behind 330 Congress, Dunkin Donuts dumpster is always overflowing with garbage. Dumpster lids are always open, in a neighborhood with a large rat problem. Bad store management. This is a health issue! Bad image for the Dunkin Donut brand. Devalues neighbors' property. This store is not a good neighbor.
Your stores in Goodlettsville and Hendersonville, Tn. have the worst customer service I have seen in a long time!! Obivously there is no training program. Have you thought about sending some of your employees to Charm School?

I have been trying to get a real live person to answer my questions about an in app DD card. I have written emails and called but have gotten no response. As soon as I use up all the money I have on my card I am going to delete the app & never use it again!
I have been trying to get through to Dunkin Donuts Customer Service for three days now. I have sat on hold for over an hour and have yet to speak with a person! I have written 3 emails (messages) through their website to Customer Service and have yet to receive a response!!!!
Last year I went to the one on Washington Rd. for the first time . The cashier was a sweet young lady but, I could not figure out how she stay so sweet and calm and her manager was very rude to me and my guests. He also complain he whole time he was there. I was happy with the doughnuts but, have not went bad because of the manager attitude. I hope there is new management there.
To a real old fashioned donut shop that continues to provide the public with high consistently fresh tasting donuts.
I filed a complaint on 12/5/14 with corporate & the store called me. as the young asst manager apologized and seemed to mean it. It the background you could here the store manager talking over him & telling him everything was fine in their store & bathroom... That my complaints were invalid. I will never step foot in that unprofessional store again...
We drink 6 pounds of DD coffee every month.... Until now. After going to our DD 5 times and they have no coffee to sell were done. I was told the manager doesn't want to sell coffee. Maybe the manager should manage a pizza shop then. Way to keep an eye on your franchise stores. You've just lost a great customer. I've been drinking your coffee for 32 years, since I was store manager at one of your stores in NY. I am just thoroughly annoyed.
I dont know who to talk to , but we seriously need a Dunkin donuts in texarkana tx. The closest one here is 151 miles, so can we please have one soon!!
I have been trying to reach DD CARD and PERKS PROGRAM customer's service for the last three days with no success. My total wait time so far is over two hours. I also left a voice mail and no one has return my call. I am very disappointed!
As a loyal customer who has become addicted to the Cookie Dough Iced Coffee (and have gotten several other hooked too), I am requesting that you have it available all year round. I have discussed this with several store managers and they agree there is nothing seasonal about it and their sales are down since it is no longer available. What do we need to do to bring it back?

I am about to throw out yet another cup of Dunkin Donut coffee! It either dish water or so strong that it is impossible to drink. Burnt or unburnt, make up your mind. I read the other reviews online,. Has corporate seen them before the company is history. It is bad in NJ and Texas!
I'm a teacher and September is advertised as Teachers get a free iced or hot coffee every Monday in the month of September. The Silver Lakes DD on Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines FL said they do not participate in that promotion. I'm appauled. Why don't they participate?
I am very unsatisfied with the customer service at the dunkins on Plainfield road in west Lebanon, NH. Its 80 degrees out and I was told I had to pay for tap water when I had no money. I made my opinion known. Its illegal to deny someone water.
Great to have a Dunkin Donuts near by so I can hop over and get a coffee and breakfast. Great service and easy to come and go.
Went to dd today got 2 cup of coffee and then was informed that they did not get their delivery today. It was late. also allot of other stores did not receive their either.
would like to help the DD family stand up to their slogan and open stores in metro areas in the midwest where the demographic could easily support the expansion. Already have investors just need to talk to someone on dunks end.
