Domino's Pizza Customer Service

Would like to know when you have commericals , why the prices are not honored to customers unless they mention this commercial. We called and explained to manager we have done business with you like this from work every weekend for past 5 years and he is the first to inform us that we don't honor any prices unless you tell us. How many more customers will get ripped off? If you want to bring customers in, employees should know the current prices advertised.

Ordered a pizza online & had to take it back, it was NOT the pizza I ordered, called them to let them know of the error, drove back to get the correct pizza out comes the WRONG PIZZA AGAIN. They did give me my money back & cooked me another (THIRD) pizza, this one was not completely cooked. The staff informed me they did not pass corporate inspection & that they will be closing. No surprise here, if you loose profits making 3 pizzas & still can't get it right, you shouldn't be making those pizzas. It's so bad I can't even eat it!!!!

I received a 50% off coupon for online ordering. When I tried to order I was told technical difficulties wouldn't allow my order, so I called to place the order, they said no coupon would be accepted they were having computer problems. That's not my problem and its poor business to not stand behind your offers.

I have tried to order online for the past two days but your website will not connect . It says connection failed try again. I did not have the local phone number so I drove to the local store and ordered the pizza. Please get your website fixed .

I order a pizza from Dominos in Siler City, not once now but Twice this has happened. I used to not check my receipts so I don't know how many times it has actually happened, I am charged one thing at time of order, then when I get my statement there is additional charge on my acct. I pay tips in cash, so this should not be the issue, but I guess the driver wants more so he adds his own tip and then keeps my cash to. I never get the receipt. Last time I called the individual store and was given a credit on my next purchase, but then it has happened again, and I am very dissatisfied, once could be mistake, but twice is a thief. I ever got the wrong thing, the pizza was correct, but my breadsticks had cheese in them, instead of being plain, the store I had to repeat my debit card #3 times ( I will be looking to make sure employees do not use it for there own use) Bad that you cannot trust a pizza delivery service, when the charge is done at time of order, I will not be ordering again, or if I do I will pay in cash, no more added charges on my card, not worth it. Store should have management....

my thing is this....I calle the roseburg Oregon dominos...I ordered two pizza's.one of then was a bacon/chicken pizza with barbecue sauce...light sauce...it came with no sauce that I could detect....I immediately called them back the person I talked to said he was the manager and would mark it down that dominos would replace it...it was a very bad quality pizza...so a today I called to order two barbecue chicken pizzas..i tried to tell the girl that I was told I had a free pizza she basically said she had to have proof....I will never order dominos again...I am neither a liar or a thief

I called to place and order at the Dominos at 7529 Roswell rd sandy springs and was asked could I hold when I didn't get a response back after a few minutes I hung up and called back which I was ask could i hold I said No I was already on hold and was told by Kyla that if I can't wait then I can call somewhere else I ask did you really just say that and she said yes.......is this what Dominos teach their employees as customer service sign very disappointed I came in anyway and order my pizza I'm a regular customer for you guys but that makes me want to go elsewhere especially since I was told to do so by 1 of your employees

I ordered a phily sandwich and 8 piese hot wings. The wing was nasty and made me sick. The second one I eat was not even warm. It was cold The Phill cheese stack sandwish had hardly no meat on it. This want the worst food I ever had. I called back and complained and told the woman I will never use diminos again and will call pizzia hut. She agreed .. So now it is only PIZZA HUT. Not nasty Diminos

I just tried to order 2 pizzas for delivery, after the 3 minute commercial period on hold, I placed my order for delivery. I told the young lady that I was paying in cash and the driver would need to make change for a $50. She informed me that the drivers didnt carry enough to break a bill so large. Really? Thats why i bothered to tell her I had a $50 instead of waiting and springing it on the driver! Dont tell me the drivers safety is the issue...what do they do when a large order pays in cash? Do they call Brinks to come carry the load of money??? The store mgr could have simply given the driver the change for my order to "carry" all the way to my house for the massive exchange! You screwed the pooch Domino's, your competitor did just that for their customer and now will get my cash or credit card orders because they bothered to take care of their cash customers.

I tried to order 2 large 2 topping pizza as adviertised on tv and was told they didn't know any thing about this ad this is not the frist time I have problems was told the same thing on coupons 2 other times.I asked the young man at the counter for the store number was told they didn't have one.in a very unfriendly way.I don't want to think dominos wants business carried this way,but after having problems as many times as I have had Im not sure any more.

I purchased some Dominos coupons from some kids doing a fundraiser. I paid $10 and its apparently called the "Peel-a-deal" there is 16 peel off coupons that get me a pizza Buy 1 get 1 free. I have tried to use these on several occasions and get such a hard time because apparently the coupons do not have a coupon code on them. I have all 16 left and I am going to order from Papa Johns because I am tired of dealing with the attitude of the employees at Dominoes. Its not my fault there is no code. If anyone tries to sell any of you these coupons do not purchase them, because Dominoes will not accept them.

I went to springwood (qld) store to order the pizza at 10.51pm on 28,05,13 but the girl said to me that we are closing down in 10 mins so that's why she can't take my order and after that I tried to order by phone and same girl pick the phone and said same like before we are closing in 5 mins. I don't think this is the way to work.

Very fast ordering, never had any issues. I can always count on them for getting my food done on time and it is fresh and delicious. Overall, I have no complaints about Dominos Pizza :)

I have been ordering from Domino's in Stanardsville Va.with no trouble,untilnow. I ordered pizza. I called to tell them they had gotten the order wrong.I don't know who I talk with 'but he saidHe knew what I ordered and it was not wrong. I just told him I would not deal with them anymore

I wasted 15 minutes of my life trying to place a $30 order (including tax & tip) only to grow so frustrated that I went elsewhere. Upon trying to contact customer service, I found out that there is no customer service. Enough said. I know they will not go out of business without mine, but they will NEVER get mine again. I run a 4 star hotel in the evenings and on Tuesday when I go back to work, I am removing their coupons and phone numbers from our directories. I know customer service and this is unacceptable. Too bad too, because their product has improved considerably in the last couple of years.
