After spending $1500 on Pilot Super Sport tires for my BMW I called to register them. No one answers the phone for at least 20 minutes and when they did refused to help. Said to go to Michelin man and figure it out on your own. Great tires Awful customer service! Clyde - CEO your customer service sucks!
I recently bought a set of Michelin tires for my Volvo and I'm extremely disappointed. For the price you would think you are buying a quality tire. While the ride of these tires is good the noise produced by these tires is totally unacceptable. I have heard four wheel drive trucks with the big mud tires that are quieter than these "passenger car tires" on my car. This is the last set of Michelin tires I will ever buy and if I could I would take these back to the distributor and trade for something different.
I have been using Michelin tires, specifically the LTX M/S for over 15 years. I put over a hundred thousand miles on one set on my CRV. I also have two Ford E-150 passenger vans and I have had one problem in all those years and Michelin customer service went above and beyond the call of duty solve it. It's the only tire I will ever use.
Making a comment on customer with previous comments. Please understand that tires don't wear unevenly unless your car is out of alignment. Tires don't have a mind of their own and so your assessment on the Michelin tires is unfair and by my experience all wrong. I sell tires for a living and Michelin is the best product on the market. Please rely on your Cooper and Dunlop tires as they all separate. Just admit that you are too cheep to buy the best
Worst tires ever don't buy . I read reviews saying these tires were excellent and after having were the worst wearing tire I have ever owned . The sidewalls are all cracked out , overall just junk. Next time I will go with what I know lasts , cooper or Dunlop !
