Delicious food and excellent service. My only disappointment was the coffee. Seemed like I was drinking 'colored hot water'. Will most likely revisit Hendersonville,NC Restaurant, but will just ask for water with my meal. :(

Love your food, your service and store. I am a weekly repeat customer ... Have loved your stores since the first time I went into your Lebanon TN store over 20 years ago. 5 stars across the board in my books.
I have been eating at Cracker Barrel for over 10 Years and tonight we had the worst meal we have ever had. And It wasn't the service it was the food. WoW what a disappointment .
You can just put me and my family right on the shelf with the Duck Dynasty products that you have pulled from your shelves. I will also be encouraging all of my family and 400 folks in my address book to do the same. I hope you and A&E feel the heat of this HUGE mistake you have made via loss of revenue when customers no longer support your stores or the A&E network. I support Phil in this one.
My wife and I had supper at our local Cracker Barrel in Corbin, Ky. That was probably the worst supper I have ever had at one of your stores. The chicken and dumplings could easily have been beaten by a can from Swanson's or Campbell's. The gravy wouldn't pass for wallpaper paste. I don't know what has happened but quality is awful!
4 of us had dinner today (8-11-13) at the Sunbury Cracker Barrel. I mentioned to the waitress that we were all ordering mashed potatoes, fried chicken, gravy and a biscuit. I suggested they add a piece of fresh parsley for color. My comment is that eye appeal is everything when serving food. Just a touch of color would add so much. Parsley twig, slice of orange, few grapes, or a cherry tomato would at least give some color to an otherwise bland plate of food. Thank you. Today's Customer

We stopped at Cracker Barrel on 49 in Hattiesburg, Ms. Our server, Christina took our order. Three of us ordered the lunch special, chicken pot pie. She was told how to split our ticker before we ordered. Ten minutes later she brought our drink order and informed us no chicken pot pie. Back to the menu. My 84 year old mother and I ordered chicken and dumplings, fried okra and apples. The other two in our party the breakfast. The food was brought to the table with our order ticket stuck in my dumplings, not very appetizing.. No okra for my mother which we brought to her attention. Ten minutes go by, no okra or Christina.. Finally the okra was brought about the time we were all finished eating. Asked for a refill of tea twice and a to go box. She finally brought the box and our ticket which had not been done correctly. Another wait for that! I told the cashier we were not happy with our service. He replied did I want to talk with a manager, we were all tired, sunburned and wanted to go home.. He implied that he knew she was not a very good server. I said just relay our complaint.
I work at a facility near Cracker Barrel on Hwy 290 near Greer South Carolina. As is customary at all locations they begin serving lunch at 11:00 am Monday - Friday or at least they are supposed to. My mother of 71 years brings me my lunch every day and at least 4 days of the week I eat from Cracker Barrel. Now on at least 5 different occasions they have either not had an item that is a daily vegetable or the item of the day wasn't ready ( I eat at 12:30) or when she calls the order into be picked up which is usually around 11:30 she still has to wait to get her food. Also the waiting is another problem as she has the hardest time being served and she always leaves a $5.00 tip for a to go order. The service here at this store sucks and the management doesn't seem to care.
Each time my family and I visited the newly opened Dyersburg Store we had to send food back to the kitchen because it was as cold as witches’ feet. (Literally) Whenever I order an entree from any restaurant expecting a hot meal should not be an option. I have eaten at other Cracker Barrel restaurants along the interstate systems and the food has always been hot and fresh. I have spoken to others who have patronized this store at other times and they have also complained about cold food and vowed not to return. I have even brought this matter to the attention of the managers during my visit. I will give the Dyersburg Cracker Barrel store another opportunity to correct this issue. If cold food is served to me again I will resume patronizing other eating establishments in the area. Thank you.
There is a beautiful location at I-20 and Martintown Rd. in North Augusta, SC. Many in our area thought that a Cracker Barrel would soon be built but never heard anymore. We would love to have a Cracker Barrel at this location. Aiken and Augusta Cracker Barrels are quite a distance from North Augusta. I will be glad to send a picture of the location that would be a great spot for a Cracker Barrel. Anne Sawyer of North Augusta, SC
Worst service displayed at cracker barrel in Kingman Az. 2/2/2013 I ordered the Reuben platter. The sandwich was all sauerkraut with one tablespoon of diced meat on each half. I complained to the server and she called the manager over. I opened both sandwich halves and she said that the meat is portioned and weighed. They should have spread it out she stated. Then offered me another. I refused to order anything more because my wife was half finished with her dinner, and we waited long enough to be served. The server the looked at me and pointed at her eyes and said" I'm watching you", leaving me insulted and with a very uncomfortable feeling sitting there. The manager took my meal off the ticket however, not very sincere about an apology. Retraining the staff at this restaurant is a must. Taking orders while squatting at the table is also a rude habit here. Hopefully this type of problem will be handled and resolved from a corporate level of consern. Thank You. Frank Sandoval.
Sandra Vance helped me with a problem with an online order. She was very nice and handled things very well. She is a credit to your business and reinforces our appreciation of Cracker Barrel.
Being on a gluten free diet, I have trouble with your menu. Your menu is leaving out a lot of people who are in the same situation I am. I have enjoyed your restaurant all over the eastern part of the country. Was excited when you opened in Tewksbury Ma. , and when you opened in So. Portland Me. we were so excited we told all our friends about you. Since then I have become ill and am on a gluten free diet. I so want to still come to Cracker Barrel If you would concider making some kind of a menu for people like myself it would be appreciated. The people who work in So. Portland are the nicest group of people, always smiling and they try to be helpful as possible. Please think on this .
Thank you Eileen M. Ring
we ordered a Christmas dinner for 2 from our local cracker barrel. we were told it would be ready to be picked up at 1:00 on Christmas Eve. we were running a little late that day, so we called and told them. the person on the phone said that was no problem, the dinner would be there when we arrived. no mention was made of the fact that the store was closing at 2:00. we made it to the store at 2:35. we were told by a person outside that the restaurant had closed. we explained that we were there to pick up an order and were admitted to the store. the young lady behind the counter said she would have to get the so-called "manager". he came out and said that our order was no longer available, since he had discarded it. he stated that we were not there "on time" and he could not hold the order all day. my question is, since he obviously had to stay until all the customers left and the place was cleaned up, why could he not hold on the the order until he made sure that no one was coming to get it. my other question is why would we order Christmas Dinner and then not go pick it up. the store was still filled with people finishing up their food, browsing the junk in the entry way, and paying their bills, so why was a take out order not held until time to go home and then "discarded"? this has to be the worst Christmas present i have ever received, and probably is the worst example of customer service that i have ever seen also. after all this went down the jerk had the audacity to wish us a merry Christmas. i will never grace the insides of one of your stores again, and i will try to stop everyone i know who goes to your stores from ever going again.
We recently ate at your store in Pearland Texas. My husband ordered a catfish dinner, and got on very small piece on his plate. The manager said that that was the right amout. We have seen more food on a child's plate. We have eaten so many times at your restaurant all over the country, and have never had any complaints, That was so disappointing because we felt like your stores had kept up the quality.
40 years coming to you and 23 years of military service and I find you do nothing on this day, very disappointing. I believe in patronizing those companies that support us. Please reconsider your stance as I will be reconsidering my support to your company if not. Respectfully Mark Guenther
