Costco Customer Service

Left my purse in the cart today. Got home only to find that I had left my purse in the cart at Costco. When I went back they said Dennis who was working the carts had turned my purse in. They dont let the staff accept tips but I sure want to thank Dennis in the Victorville. Ca COSTCO for being a honest and kind guy. You rock Dennis

The Chandler AZ costco pharm sucks. Some of the techs are nice and helpful, but all the pharmacists and most of the techs are lame, have bad attitudes, and 2 kept arguing that the rx in my hand was not a valid rx because they had never seen that form before. They also said they can't take a copy or copy my 1 rx I wanted filled (out of several) onto another pad and mark out the 1 filled. ????? This is basic Pharmacy 101, folks. Try reading the law. Where did u get ur degrees, again?

Costco cant legally allow a regular animal inside the warehouse its ILLEGAL... only seeing eye dogs can go in there. problem is, customers lack common sence and courtsey for others. as far as your " ethnic doll" just because its costco doesnt mean they HAVE TO carry a doll that isnt white. give me a break, just go to Toys r us and shop if you cant find one. at costco we have dealt with many unfair or complaints that half the time we cant do anything about... and yes I worked at costco for 3 yrs... lets just say all you complainers make us laugh... if you dont like something you change it... so change where you shop for certain items. costco buys certain things because they can get it at the cheaper price to allow you the consumer to purchase it at a lower cost. stop complaining geesh

I purchased a 60" tv from Costco paid cash $1000.00 when I went to return the tv . they called the police and said I had messed with the sticker on the back. Keep in mind the tv I bought last week didnt even match the box it came in when i returned it they tried blaming me. they had me falsly arrested and then refused to return my money or the tv. finally got the tv back and I dont want the dam thing I am going to talk to my attorey about resolving this issue/

Why did you discontinue kirkland brand athletic socks? They are very good socks and a lot of people are upset that you don't have them anymore. Please work on getting them back.

I am a single lady and in all the years I have had a membership with Costco, this year I am alone and need a single membership. I called your Corporate Office and they said it is not available. What is wrong with your Co. with the horrible economic situation of this Country, and the many people that have lost someone it is outragious.

I was looking at the dolls to buy one for my granddaughter for Christmas, I couldn't find one ethnic doll. Not a single one! Not all girls are white with blonde hairor brown hair. Do you realize what it does to a child's self-esteem when they don't see or can't find a doll like them? SHAME, SHAME on your purchasing department!!

I renewed my membership yesterday and was pressured by 3 people not to downgrade my executive membership to a regular one. I told them the reason why I wanted to downgrade and they all shrugged. The store does not open until 10:00 in the morning and the check out lines are usually about 30 minutes long. When they improve those 2 things, I'll upgrade my membership.

I recently relocated from Calif to Ky. The only Costco is 90 miles away and after driving the 90 miles, I find there is no Jose Columbian coffee beans. Well I still spent a gang of money but no coffee beans. Please help me locate the site where I can order the 48oz bags. Thank you

Purchased a gift card to McCormick And Schmicks and gave as a gift, the elderly recipent loss the cards. The problem was that no note is on your receipt as to the actual numbers on the card,just your item number . So when I contacted the restaurant they could give us no relief for the loss. I imagine this scenerio does happen with some frequency and I believe the added registering of the gift card numbers would be a real added value.I would appreciate a response as to your thoughts on this matter..

I shop at my local Costco Wholesale Culver City, CA, #479. I mentioned this problem before and also talked to your so called managers of why do you allow customers to bring their dogs into your store, Apparently they don't care because they did not have the curtesy to answer my comments.

So Here it is again and this time I'm going to the main office I hope. You allow these people to bring all kinds of dogs into your store wher I buy my food, they put their animals in the cart, they put them in the seat where my chail may set, dogs, cats, any animal are very durty does not matter how much you love them, they leak their buts and their priveys and I see people kissing them in the mouth, I think it is very unhealthy and not acceptable for a company like yours to allow such discusting ordeal, I been shoping at your store since you open it many years back and never seen a blind assist dog. I believe that you should be able to go shoping leaving your dog at home, you can not be so despert that they need their dog by their side. Hope this makes sence to yoy and you understand my concern about health and staying healthy, I don'y need any conamination in my food by any animal, there are enough germs out there for anyone to catch.
