Sent email that was suppose to go to one of Comcast Xfinity corporate heads and was promised a call back in 24 hours. 36 hours later still waiting. They just want their money and they just don't care!!!

After waiting and then talking with a representative that was of no help, I gave up.
At 7:20am I was cutoff on the entrance ramp to I95 by truck #12691 and called comcast. they hung up on me twice and did not want to hear about the dangerous driver they have in there trucks. this company is the single worst company to do business with and I am changing to at&t simply because of my treatment by comcast even if my service suffers.
I have been on hold, chatted live and my call conveniently dropped and my issue still not resolved. we will be switching carriers
Tried chat, tried calling, just getting no where. Promise after promise but nothing gets done.Every time you contact Comcast you have to describe your issue from scratch. When you are done describing the problem, they tell you to contact another department or give you a number to call. I spent hours of my time and the problem(s) did not get resolved. I am at the end of the line with the question . . . if there is a choice, why would anybody deal with a business like Comcast?
how can a company that treats people the way comcast does still be in business. why isn't there a regulatory agency just stomping thrm into the dirt?
The customer service for COMCAST is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. Nobody knows what is going on. I much rather have a root canal surgery performed without anesthesia than have to talk to the "customer service" reps. Totally incompetent - UNVELIVABLE that a company of that magnitude spends so much money in advertising and ships out jobs to get cheap labor overseas to people that hardly understand what you are saying!!!
I have had problems with my service since the day of the install in December 2013 and to this day it is not resolved. The customer service reps just tell me that it will be taken care of and do nothing. Except send the bill of course.
I was trying to get the hours for the office in Springfield IL, But do to the weather it's been hard just to find out if hours has been changed cause of the weather. I actuall was transferred 3x with no one being able to help me and all I wanted some hours so that I will not have to make a bum trip, like I did yesterday
I have called comcast for three days. I keep getting hung up on. I have talked to someone on the phillipines, michiga, and california. Still no answer. I was on the phone yesterday for two hours waiting. I am finished with this company.
Anyone doing business with these people should have their head examined. Internet service failed a week ago and Comcast's only response was to send a bill for $151 before sending tech. They have a virtual monopoly and they don't care about customer service.

Comcast has the worst customer service I have ever encountered with any business. The phone lines are impossible to get an answer. After waiting several hours, on several occasions, the person answering the phone had no answers. They mailed our comcast box to the wrong address, disconnected service on the wrong date and charged us the incorrect amount. I would rate Comcast in the negative numbers if it were possible. Get a satellite dish!
Comcast needs to work on their customer service training. I have only had their services for two months. I am ready to leave due to the ineptitude of their customer service reps. They can not even fix the simplest problem that they created. Then they expect you to pay out the nose for crappie service. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
I appreciate the speed of their Internet service..,when it's working. It goes out at least three times per month for five hours or more each time!
The endless rain dance needed to get a customer service person is as bad as it is possible to get. No more phones at local service centers. Everything goes through thihs central number. VERY BAD SERVICE but that has always been the case with COMCAST.
