Got through simple touch tone menu and problem was resolved with no hassle. No wait for customer service rep...no hard sell. Was billed for HBO after it was free for 1 year (never used)...bill was adjusted immediately.

I have been trying all day to get through on your 1-800 line and each time after going through your automated system your system disconnects me. I've literally called 15 times today. Do any real people work there? Is it all just computers? Do you not want to take customer calls so you drop them? Why isn't there a second number to call if the first one fails?

After having to call 7 times due to continues hang up's by the auto system once i hit the "cancel my service' prompt. i had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service rep who was the worse!
Failed to credit a payment. I have sent copies of cancelled check. I have received e-mails that say it was credited. It never has. They are charging me late fees and interest.
Comcast would not know what customer service was if it jumped up and bit it in the ass.Enough with these out of country call centers that can't help and then hang up on you

I just want to get a return label, turns out all locations in my area that are listed are closed down, and all phone numbers that are listed are no longer working. This is a internet and communications company right?
I grew up on a dairy farm and we used to have the dairy cows "serviced" by the bull. This is the best analogy of my experience with Comcast customer "service".
Literally the WORST customer service ever. Charged me with late fees when they never billed me, there is no list of hours for locations, and no phone number to get through to said locations. Never use Comcast!
I just got Comcast in nov 10 and dec 8 comes and they turn off my service for non payment really so when I call they said sorry just pay the past due about what past due amount so like a fish I paid the "past due " now jan 4 again no bill in the mail they turn it off again after I set up automatica payments now they charge me 30 to turn it back on well jokes on me I guess. So do u self a big favor stay away from Comcast
I had did business with Comcast for many years. I at first received good service and then it steadily went down hill from there.
We depend on our internet fir our job we had friends that came in from Cleveland Oh to share Thanksgiving with us and watch the football games we ended up at a resturant spending time away from our home to watch football because Comcast Cannot get acTech out to fix their system

What a joke! Comcast is on my favorites on my phone have to call at least once a. Week x 1 platform sucks! Very very poor customer service! I hate comcast . Going to e mail and call vp of ops every day ! 100% piss poor quality and service
I was very disappointed this morning when I had Comcast scheduled for an appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I scheduled the appointment on Thursday and called back last night to confirm that I was on their schedule. At 10:00 AM I called them and they said that they called and I did not answer. That is not true. I was home and did not receive any calls. They told me that dispatch would call me within one hour to re-schedule. Of course that did not happen. I called again and ask to speak to a customer service representative in Indianapolis. Well that is not possible either nor can they give me the telephone number for dispatch. So now I am again waiting for dispatch to call. As a business owner this type of service is not acceptable. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to give this type of service. For 170.00 a month I definitely expect more. Large businesses should not get away with such poor service.
after hours of trying I finally found the location to dump my Comcast equipment. just another hurdle to clear in the horrible Comcast experience.
