Myself and everyone I know that has experienced Comcast would rather be without service than be with Comcast's horrible service. Comcast hasn't proven that they deserve my money.

Whenever the Company decides it does not wish to receive calls for customer service, it simply shuts down the phones. Honestly, such a policy stinks, but for a company providing hone service it doubly stinks. How management can sleep at night is the 8th wonder of the world.
Well after 20 years of progressively giving up their soul for profit, they have finally driven me out. Comcast is to expensive given the available alternatives.
I have been on the phone with them for hours trying to get business transferred to residential. 4 hours later i have been told business is closed and I must try again tomorrow. I have talked to business department 4 times and residential 5. How can a business with such crappy service still be in business?
I spent an hour on the phone with customer service try to get the cable box to work. After that hour I was told they would send a technician out. ya, 6 days from now! Dish is looking better.

I was considering updating my service but now I am considering terminating my service.
Took at least an hour to get through! Just needed to change my password and check for outages in my area. I am now considering subscribing to another company.

I have been trying for 3 days to get through to someone that can help me. I stay on the phone for hours then they disconnect me. I now am looking to change companies. I dont have time to deal with their bullshit

My husband and I have tried calling customer service for the past 3 hours. We are on hold for 15-20 minutes and then the phone hangs up. We have tried from different lines thinking it was our phone that we were using that was the problem. I think Comcast is the problem
Terrible Equipment and terrible customer service. Representatives have no idea what they are doing. IT like they found them on the street and made them support team members.

Can't get thru and can't get phone lines working. Guess I won't pay the bill and maybe they will contact Me. This company lives up to its shitty reviews.
Comcast lied to me and told me $30 month for internet.. charged me $80 month for over a year on auto bill pay... don't believe comcast
