Damaged games/movies
A lot of their games/movies are damaged; So you'll end up driving back (long drive for me) just to leave with another movie/game that probably doesn't work to compensate what you paid for. Not worth all the back and forth drives. What's worse is that they put these damaged games/movies back up on the shelf.
