Phone Service

I tried to get information from the automotive department and it was impossible. The line was disconnected after waiting for too long to speak to somebody in the selected department. Because I could get not the information I was looking for I am going to do business somewhere else. Thank you Walmart!

It's virtually impossible to get through to the desired department via the telephone - the staff seem to be unaware and in some cases don't care - I tried for three days to get through to the garden centre at the Saanich Walmart without success. This is a shame because instore the help is much better.
