Customer Service

Worst customer service i've ever called. Took forever to answer and when they did they asked me to go on hold. I wanted to see how long it would take to get back to me...they never got back to me so I gave up after 25 mins.

phone system

Why do you bother having phones when NO-ONE ever answers them!!! If you wai on the linet, the phone rings and rings and then the line goes dead. If you push for a department, the phones rings and rings and no-one answers it, then the line goes dead. This is really poor service!!!!
