Chase employees (9 of them!) do NOT have a clue how to problem solve. They keep passing the problem to yet another employee, and not one employee can resolve what should be a simple problem. After roughly 12 hours on the phone, in the bank, online, etc. NOTHING has been rectified.
Tried to cash a personal check,(yes a chase check) from a very respected friend who has banked with chase for sometime, and a chase employee wanted to charge me 6 dollars to cash a 67 dollar check. told him i dont think so, he said cause i didnt have an account with them was reason. Im sure friend will love to hear this, thanx chase for nothing.
In June 2013 I opened a checking account and savings account with a local Chase branch here in Hillsborough, NJ. There was some kind of mixup re my SSAN, and in October they cancelled both accounts without notice! So I now called their headquarters in NYC, hoping to resolve the issue.
I just went to NYC for my first time ever, andfortunatly had my purse stolen. Chase was EXCELLENT and notifiying me right away that charges were being made to my account, and put the money back into my account in a timely manner. I also very much appreciated them letting me take my out of my account with no problems when my card was already cancelled, so I could enjoy test of my stay. The staff was wonderful just up the street from the Asbury police station. I already loved CHASE but now I love them more! Always great customer service!
Unable to provide simple bank statements after hours on the phone, which are holding up the purchase of our home.
Chase was supposed to correct my credit report 2 years ago after a mistake by the other morons at Wells Fargo. After spending literally 11 months on the phone and 9 hours on hold (literally) Chase has STILL not corrected my credit report. I'm now in a position to refiannce my mortgage with chase (need to get away from these halfwits) and I'm going to have to get an FHA loan and pay for mortgage insurance based on my credit score. Rime for attorneys to step in and handle this matter. I'm going full tilt for damages.
I was preapproved for a home loan she said no problem. Also went to bank had appt. She made me wait three hours cause she was not ready. Now she tells me I need more thing conditions but during the process she said it was fine made me get inspection and really was not approved. I would never do business again. You have to keep calling them also she does not speak good English makes it rough to understand they lead you in and henhouse on your own.
