Poor service
My phone has been out for three days. Internet service has been off and on for as many days. Every time it rains my service goes out. Last time it took them four months to get the buzzing off my line.

Worst service ever
I have been paying $40 per month for 3MPS....the most i get is 35KB....rediculous! How can you charge people that much money for that bad of service. I have called numerous times and I keep being told you are in the process of upgrading. I have been hearing that for years!!!! Better Business Bureau is my next people to contact.
