had this Acer Netbook for 1yr and have a disk read error and computer doesn't boot
I will never buy an acer product again. They are difficult to reach, extremely unhelpful, and rude! I have a 2 year warranty that covers everything except if it were stolen. I was holding it in my hands reading it as they told me I had to pay to even get it looked at. Scam artists. I will be taking them to court for not honoring their agreement.
I haven't been able to locate anyone (or any email address) to question the recharge of less than 1-10min. of my new battery. No paperwork was with the received shipment. Where do I go now?
I tried contacting they're customer support but they were of little help. All the questions I have are left unanswered or nebulous.
